Qualifications:
Licensed
Civil Engineers/ Mechanical Engineers/ Electrical Engineers/ Architects
For
Technical Staff a fresh graduate
of engineering course preferably licensed (CE, EE, ME, AR)
For
Jr. Engineers must have at least 1-4
years of supervisory field experience in building construction
For
Sr. Engineers must have at least 5-10
years of supervisory field experience in building construction
For Project Managers- must have more than 10 years of supervising field experience in building Construction.
Prior
experience in Project Management is an advantage
Familiarity
with Excel, MS Project, Word, Powerpoint is a plus.
Ability
to work independently with minimum supervision
Has
a strong analytical and organization skills
Proficient
in both oral and written communication
Willing
to work on extended hours
In
good physical health condition
Willing
to be assigned outside Cebu
For
our outside Cebu Projects a local from Manila, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao and
Cagayan De Oro is an advantage.
